The farm sits on land the same family has worked for five generations in Mostar. You arrive to learn the daily routines that keep both the animals and the gardens running: how to feed and care for the goats, chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese and Japanese quails. How to tend the rows of tomatoes, kiwi, grapes, pomegranates, salad, potatoes, cherries, walnuts, figs and plums. Your guide walks you through each task and explains what the season demands right now.

The meal comes at the end, cooked from ingredients you've just seen growing or raised on the property. You eat what the farm produces, prepared the way the family cooks it. Pickup within Mostar is included, so you don't arrange transport yourself.
