The experience
The tour starts with your choice: either let the driver take you on a standard route that hits the island's main points of interest in five hours, or build your own day from the options. Hamilton, the capital midway across the island, is the main shopping and dining hub where you can stop for the Big Bermuda Sign photo. St. George's, established in 1612 at the eastern end, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with historic churches, Fort St. Catherine Museum and waterfront restaurants. Horseshoe Bay on the southern side is Bermuda's most popular beach and connects to a system of smaller beaches. Clearwater Beach on the eastern end offers a quieter alternative with nearby Cooper's Island Nature Reserve.
If you want to go deeper, the Crystal and Fantasy Caves are among Bermuda's most visited attractions and each takes about an hour to tour with a guide (adult entry $24 per cave or $35 for both, children 12 and under $10 or $12 for both). Gibbs Hill Lighthouse sits on one of the island's highest points near the western end and offers views across much of Bermuda. Climbing the 185 steps to the top costs $2.50 extra. Fort Scaur at the western end is preserved as a National Park with good photo spots, and the Royal Naval Dockyard at the far western tip is the cruise ship port with shops and dining. The Bermuda Aquarium, Museum & Zoo in Flatts Village charges $10 per person. Most of these stops are optional. You decide what fits your group's interests and how much time to spend.
The minibus is air-conditioned and seats up to 22 passengers, so families and larger groups travel together without splitting up. The base rate of $1,450 covers five hours. If you want to include a sit-down lunch, visit multiple caves, or spend real time at a beach, you'll likely need more than five hours. Extra time runs $290 per hour and can be arranged when you book. Pickup is included, so the driver meets your group at your hotel or meeting point and handles all the driving while you take in the island.

Is this one for you?Book a longer tour (7+ hours) if your group wants to include a full cave tour and a sit-down lunch. The standard 5-hour route works best for groups that want a quick overview of the island's main sights without stopping for meals or paid attractions.

Top questions
What's the difference between the standard route and building my own itinerary?
The standard 5-hour route hits selected popular points of interest with brief stops at each one. A customized tour lets your group choose which attractions to visit, how long to spend at each, and whether to include meals or paid activities like cave tours. You design the day around what your group wants to see.
How much time should I book if I want to visit Crystal Caves and have lunch?
Crystal Caves takes about an hour per cave with a guide, and a sit-down lunch at a restaurant typically needs an hour or more. The base 5-hour tour may not leave enough time for both comfortably, so many groups book 7 to 8 hours or more depending on how many caves you want to see and where you eat.
Does the tour include entry fees to attractions like Horseshoe Bay or Gibbs Hill Lighthouse?
Entry fees to attractions are separate from the tour cost. Horseshoe Bay beach itself is free to access, but Crystal Caves charge $24–$35 per person, Gibbs Hill Lighthouse is free to visit but $2.50 to climb to the top, and the Bermuda Aquarium costs $10 per person. Your driver can take you to these sites, but you pay admission at each one.
Can the driver recommend restaurants for lunch, or do I need to plan that myself?
The driver can take you to restaurants in Hamilton, St. George's or other areas, and both towns have waterfront dining options. You choose where to eat and how long to stay. The driver will wait and take you to your next stop.
What if our group is smaller than 22 people? Does the price change?
The rate is $290 per hour for the minibus regardless of group size, so the total for five hours is $1,450 whether you have 4 passengers or 22. You pay for the vehicle, not per person.
