After the cave, you stop at Rio On Pools, a series of natural freshwater pools and waterfalls 15 miles off the Western Highway, surrounded by 300 square miles of Caribbean pine forest. This is where the picnic lunch happens, and the pools offer different depths and sizes, so swimming and cooling off work for different ages and comfort levels.
