The experience

You meet the captain at the entrance at 10am or 1pm sharp: the boat doesn't wait. Once aboard, an experienced skipper and deckhand handle the sail while you sit back and take in the views of Magnetic Island, Castle Hill and Cleveland Bay from angles you can't see from shore. The 2-hour cruise heads left or right of the island depending on conditions, and the water and scenery are what carry the morning or afternoon.

Lunch happens before or after the sail depending on which time slot you pick. At 10am, you cruise first, then eat. At 1pm, you eat first, then sail. Either way, the Yacht Club meal comes with one drink, and you get a second drink onboard during the cruise. After lunch, stop by Gelatissimo Gelato Cafe for ice cream. Restrooms are on the boat, and bottled water is supplied throughout.
