The Experience

The day starts early, leaving Sydney and arriving at Featherdale Wildlife Park after about 40 minutes. This is where you hand-feed kangaroos, hold a koala for a photo, meet wombats and tasmanian devils, and see over 2,000 Australian native animals on site—everything from emus and kookaburras to crocodiles, dingoes and snakes. The wildlife encounters are close and hands-on, which is what Featherdale is known for.

From there, the tour heads into the World Heritage Blue Mountains to Wentworth Falls, the centerpiece of the day.
