Brown Brothers Private Prosecco Brunch is a two-hour tasting activity in Victoria's King Valley where you sample the winery's full Prosecco lineup alongside a gourmet spread of freshly baked pastries, local Milawa cheeses, charcuterie, terrines and seasonal fruit in your own private lounge. Groups run from two to twelve guests, and the brunch wraps by 11am, leaving the afternoon free for independent exploration of the valley.

The experience

The Prosecco Lounge is yours alone for two hours. You'll work through Brown Brothers' entire Prosecco range. Each glass paired with the food as it arrives: fresh-baked pastries and savoury muffins, salmon crumpets, house-made terrines, local and imported cheeses, charcuterie, and a fruit platter that shifts with the season. Coffee and tea come with it. The lounge itself is the setup: a private space where the tasting unfolds without the crowd of a shared cellar door, so the pace and the conversation stay yours.

Groups scale from just the two of you up to twelve, so you can book it as an intimate pair or gather friends and family for a longer table. The brunch finishes at 11am by design: early enough that you're not locked into the winery for the rest of the day. King Valley spreads beyond Brown Brothers, and that timing leaves the afternoon open to wander the other cellar doors, walk the vineyards, or simply sit somewhere and let the morning settle.
