Snorkel the Mangel Halto Reef while cruising past Spanish Lagoon and Flamingo Island, then return to the boat for brunch-style tapas and a premium open bar with mimosas. The guide speaks English, Spanish or Dutch, and all snorkeling gear is provided.

The experience

You book the boat on your schedule, not the other way around. The Tropical Sailing holds up to 14 passengers, or you can charter it entirely private: either way, the crew adjusts the timing and route to fit what you want. You leave from Varadero Marina and sail past Spanish Lagoon and Flamingo Island on the way to Mangel Halto Reef, where you enter the water with full snorkeling equipment and spend time exploring the reef at your own pace.

The brunch happens on the boat: tapas-style plates include tropical fruit, beef sliders with truffle mayo, fish tempura tacos, and gyoza, plus a kids menu if you're traveling with children. The premium open bar runs throughout, with mimosas and other drinks available (alcoholic beverages require you to be 18 or older). The whole outing takes three hours from departure to return.

Infants can come along (they ride in a stroller or sit on an adult's lap), and service animals are welcome. Bring your own towel and sunscreen. Everything else, including the snorkeling gear and the guide, is part of the booking.
