You'll meet your guide at your hotel lobby between 1:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., depending on which district you're staying in. Pickup covers District 1 through 10, Phú Nhuận, Bình Thạnh, and Tân Bình. From there, you ride on a motorbike just like Saigon residents do, which means navigating the city's rhythm instead of watching it from a tour bus. The guide handles the bike. You hold on and take in the neighborhoods as they pass.

The route moves through bustling markets, popular sights, and the alleys most big tours skip. You'll cruise vibrant boulevards and narrow passages where the city's everyday life actually happens, stopping at several locations along the way. At each stop, you eat: Vietnamese dishes chosen to show off local recipes and flavors, arranged tasting-menu style so you're sampling rather than sitting down for full meals. Drinks come with the stops too: beer, herb tea, coffee, or whatever the guide recommends at that spot. Vegetarian and special dietary requests are handled in advance.

The whole experience runs four hours. Your guide speaks English throughout, explaining what you're eating and where you are.
