The experience

You arrive at Lake Bryan and meet your private coach, who is trained in all the water activities the boat offers. Choose your equipment (tubes, water skis, wakeboards, wake surfboards or kneeboards), and climb aboard the Nautique boat. If you'd rather watch and photograph your group, that works too. The boat accommodates both participants and spectators. The lake itself is spring-fed and sits just 2 miles from Disney property, but operates as a private 450-acre venue, so the water stays uncrowded.

Your instructor handles the boat and coaches you through whichever activity you picked. Beginners learn the basics. Experienced riders can push harder. The charter lasts either 30 minutes or a full hour, depending on which option you book. Every rental includes the driver, all equipment, life jackets and gas, so there are no surprise add-ons once you're on the water. Complimentary beach access and beach volleyball come with the booking, giving your group a place to dry off and play between runs.

Minors must have a parent or guardian present at check-in. The venue itself is wheelchair accessible, though the boat is not. Reservations are required, and you'll need to arrange your own transport to Lake Bryan. Hotel pickup is not included.
