Bill Drill is an all-ages tactical adventure activity at Decision Tactical in Orlando where you move through six immersive scenarios (a shooting range, survival tactics, home invasion, street and diner shootout, competition course, and full mall mission) guided by professional instructors using recoil-simulated training gear. The experience lasts about two hours and responds dynamically to your decisions. You'll receive scoring and feedback at the end. Minimum age is 13. Guides speak English or Spanish.

The experience

What makes this different from escape games or laser tag is that you're moving through lifelike sets (a home, a street, a diner, a mall) making real-time tactical decisions under pressure. You start at the Simulated Range to dial in your aim, then move into Survival Tactics and a Competition Course before tackling the scenario missions. Each environment is designed to test your reflexes and tactical thinking, and the instructors guide you through the whole thing so you know what you're doing and stay safe the entire time.

The gear is non-lethal and recoil-simulated, which means you get the feel of actual shooting without live ammo or a virtual headset getting in the way. You assess threats, move through spaces, and make calls about when to engage, and the scenarios actually respond to what you choose. If you move differently, take a different route, or decide to hold back instead of advance, the mission plays out differently. That's what makes it feel like a movie rather than a game on rails.

After the two-hour session wraps, you head to the Decision Tactical Sports Bar & Grill to grab food, review your scores, and talk through what happened. It's the kind of place where you can actually see how you performed and what your decisions cost or gained you.
