The catamaran leaves from Waikiki Beach on Friday nights and takes you out on the water to watch the mahina light up the sky. You're standing on deck with a drink in hand—beer, wine, seltzers, or a signature cocktail from the onboard bar—while the fireworks burst above the Waikiki Coast. The boat stays anchored so you get a steady view instead of craning your neck from a crowded beach, and the water gives you a different angle on the whole show.
