The clear kayak itself is the whole point. You sit inside a transparent hull and look straight down at the bottom—sand, seagrass, crabs moving across it, small fish darting past. Dolphins work the same waters year-round; manatees and pink Roseate Spoonbills show up in summer; white pelicans settle the sandbars in winter. Cormorants dive alongside. The guide watches for movement and steers toward it when possible, and will photograph you against the mangroves or the beach.
