The Experience

I’ll be honest — I almost missed the start of the Tipsy Trivia Tour because I got lost looking for the Savannah Taphouse. My phone map spun me in circles (classic), but as soon as I saw our guide waving by the door, everything felt easy again. She handed out these little scorecards and pens, grinning like she already knew half of us would get the first question wrong. Our group was a mix: a couple from Atlanta, two college friends celebrating something (they never said what), and me tagging along solo. The first trivia question hit right outside Chippewa Square — something about Forrest Gump’s bench. I completely blanked, but someone behind me whispered “bus stop!” and we all cracked up when our guide admitted she’d sat there once just to see if anyone would ask her for directions.
