The experience

You arrive at the private ranch outside Sedona and begin with a warm welcome and orientation. The Heart Mirror session is the core of the experience: you stand with the horses, and they respond to your energy and emotions in real time. This is not riding or traditional horsemanship. The horses become a mirror, reflecting back what you carry (stress, tension, unresolved feelings), and their presence creates the conditions for you to release it. The guide works with you throughout, helping you read what the horses show you and move toward the clarity and emotional reconnection you came for.

The setting matters. You're on 360° mountain views under the Arizona sky, on land the operator describes as sacred. That landscape holds the session. It is part of what makes the work possible. The experience runs 90 minutes, which is long enough to move through the initial meeting, the emotional work, and a real shift, not rushed, not dragging.
