Six wines, a shared board, and a canyon view you choose what to do with

A private wine tasting for groups of four in the American Alps near Leavenworth pairs up to 6 wines with a small charcuterie board and a dedicated guide who walks through the winery's history and each pour. After 90 minutes, your group picks a bottle to either enjoy on the deck overlooking Eagle Creek Canyon or take with you. Kids get juice. Pets are welcome outside.

The experience

The drive from Leavenworth takes 10 minutes into the foothills, and you'll have a reserved table for the whole tasting. A dedicated guide walks through the winery's story, its name, and how that shaped the building itself, then describes each wine as it arrives. Several are award winners. The winery submits them annually for scoring to keep the quality consistent. You pour at your own pace through up to 6 different selections, each person choosing what goes in their glass.

A small charcuterie board with cheese, meat and crackers sits in the middle for the group to share while you taste. Once you've finished the flight, you pick one bottle together: either to open on the spot and watch Eagle Creek Canyon from the deck and patio, or to take home. The winery also stocks local beer for anyone who'd rather skip wine. Kids get free juice. Pets are welcome on the outdoor areas, and the whole space is wheelchair accessible.
