Private SUV: Orlando Airport to Lake Buena Vista Hotels

Your driver meets you at baggage claim with your name on a sign.

Private SUV transfer from Orlando Airport to Lake Buena Vista hotels with flight tracking and hotel dropoff. The driver picks you up at baggage claim when you're ready, then drives nonstop to your hotel. Booster seats and car seats are available at no extra charge for infants and small children.

The experience

The dispatch team tracks your flight, so the driver knows when you land. You'll find them at the airline baggage claim holding a sign with your name. Once you have your bags, you head straight to the vehicle: no waiting around for a shuttle or hunting for a rental counter. The drive to Lake Buena Vista hotels runs about an hour, and the route is direct. Tolls, fuel surcharge and parking fees are already built into the price.

The SUV is yours alone for the ride, which means no stops at other hotels and no sharing the vehicle with other passengers. If you're traveling with infants or small children, specialized car seats and booster seats are provided at no extra cost. Service animals are welcome. The driver handles the navigation and the road, leaving you free to settle in after your flight.

Top questions

How does the driver know when my flight lands?

The dispatch team tracks your flight in real time, so the driver is coordinated to meet you at baggage claim right when you're ready with your bags.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Flight tracking means the driver adjusts to your actual arrival time, not a scheduled one, so you won't find an empty vehicle or a driver who has left.

Do I need to arrange a car seat for my infant?

Specialized infant seats and booster seats are provided at no extra charge. Just let the operator know your child's age and weight when you book.

Are there tolls or other fees I should budget for?

Tolls, fuel surcharge and parking fees are all included in the quoted price, so there are no surprise charges when you arrive.

Will the driver stop at other hotels before mine?

No, this is a private transfer, so the SUV goes nonstop from the airport directly to your Lake Buena Vista hotel.
