The whole thing takes about two hours, though that stretches or shrinks depending on how much time you spend exploring the neighborhood and how many hints you take. Difficulty adjusts to you: grab hints whenever you need them, or push through without help. Groups up to six play on a single ticket, so you're moving through Prospect Heights together, deciding where to go next based on what you find. The app keeps everyone on the same page and shows you where solutions go.

Bookings made seven or more days ahead will have the game box shipped to you. Anything closer than that gets picked up locally (but not on Sundays, if your play date lands on Sunday, the team will reschedule you). You can play on a Sunday if you already have the box from a previous booking or shipment. Rescheduling carries no fees, so if plans shift, you're covered.
