The duration is your call: half day runs four hours, three-quarter day is six, and full day is eight. A longer charter means more time on the water and a wider search for fish, but the half day still gives you a real morning of fishing without eating the whole day. The guide speaks your language and knows where the bite is running on the day you go.

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. The sun off the water is relentless. Public transportation options are available near the basin if you're not driving.
