Newark Airport to Times Square private van transfer

From Newark terminal to Times Square hotel in one smooth ride

A private 10-passenger van transfer from Newark Liberty International Airport to Times Square hotels and addresses, with flight tracking and driver pickup at your exact terminal and door. Your driver waits on arrival and takes you straight to your destination with no extra stops. The dispatcher stays in touch throughout pickup and drop-off.

The experience

You land at Newark and your driver is already there. The dispatcher has tracked your flight and positioned him at your terminal, level and door. No hunting for a taxi stand, no waiting in a ride-share queue, no figuring out the airport layout on your first time in the city. He meets you, helps with bags, and you're in a clean, spacious van heading to Times Square within minutes of clearing baggage claim.

The drive takes about an hour depending on traffic. Your dispatcher stays in touch the whole way, guiding you through pickup and confirming your drop-off address, whether that's a hotel, an Airbnb, or any other spot in the Times Square area. You sit back. The navigation and the route are handled. The van fits up to ten passengers with their luggage, so a group or a family travels together in one booking instead of splitting across multiple cars.

Top questions

How does the driver know when I've landed at Newark?

The service tracks your flight, so your driver knows your arrival time and adjusts his position at the terminal if there are delays. The dispatcher also stays in touch with you by phone or text to confirm pickup details and guide you to the exact meeting spot.

What if my flight is delayed or I arrive very late?

Flight tracking means the driver adjusts for any delay. He won't be waiting idle if you're running behind. The service operates at all three Newark terminals around the clock, so late-night arrivals are handled the same way as daytime ones.

Can the van take me to an address that's not a hotel?

Yes. The driver takes you straight to any hotel or address in the Times Square area: no predetermined stops, no detours. Just tell the dispatcher your exact destination when you book.

How many people can fit in the van?

The van seats up to ten passengers with their luggage, so a larger group or family travels together in a single booking rather than splitting across multiple vehicles.
