Newark Airport to Times Square Private Transfer: Stress-Free Pickup

Skip the taxi line and ride directly to Times Square in a private car

A private car service picks you up at any terminal, level or door of Newark Airport and drives you to your Times Square hotel or address in Manhattan. Your driver meets you inside the terminal, handles luggage, and takes the route that fits your arrival time. All fees and taxes are included in the price.

The experience

The dispatcher contacts you before you land and your driver waits at your assigned terminal. You walk out, find your car, and sit down: no hunting for a taxi stand, no negotiating with strangers, no waiting in a queue. The ride to Times Square takes roughly an hour to an hour and a half depending on traffic and which Manhattan address you're headed to. The vehicle is maintained and ready. Your driver knows the route and the city.

Infant seats are available if you're traveling with small children. The driver handles your luggage and meets you at whichever level and door you exit, so you don't carry bags to a pickup zone. Once you're settled, the car heads into Manhattan and delivers you directly to your hotel or the address you've booked. You arrive ready to start your day instead of drained from navigating the airport and ground transportation.

Top questions

How do I connect with my driver when I land at Newark?

The dispatcher calls or texts you before your plane touches down and confirms your terminal and arrival time. Your driver is waiting inside the terminal at your assigned location, holding a sign or ready to meet you by name. You walk out, find the car, and go.

What if my flight is delayed or I arrive late at night?

The dispatcher tracks your flight and adjusts the pickup time accordingly. The service runs around the clock, so late arrivals are handled the same way as daytime ones. Your driver will be there whenever you land.

Can the car fit my luggage and my family?

The vehicles are well-maintained and sized to carry passengers plus luggage. Infant seats are available on request if you're traveling with young children. Let the dispatcher know your group size and luggage when you book so the right car is assigned.

Does the price include tolls and airport fees?

All fees and taxes are included in the quoted price. You pay one flat rate and there are no surprises at the end of the ride.
