The Bourbon & Bites tour starts as the sun sets over NuLu, moving through award-winning restaurants and hidden speakeasies with 3 cocktails, 2 bourbon pours, and 8–10 small bites across a mile of flat walking. The Phantoms of Prohibition tour traces Whiskey Row's haunted past—the speakeasies, the mobsters, the bourbon magnates—and the stories that don't make it onto the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The NuLu Food & History tour samples Kentucky classics like bourbon balls and fried chicken while walking through Butchertown and the historic market district. The Highlands tour visits Bardstown Road and Cherokee Triangle, tastes a dish inspired by the Hot Brown at Muhammad Ali's boxing gym, and sips bourbon in Louisville's oldest bar.

A local guide leads the whole thing and knows the neighborhood's history—the Prohibition-era secrets, the culinary heritage, the people who built these streets. The tour is capped at 12 people on the Bourbon & Bites option, so it stays intimate. You're walking about a mile depending on the route, and the pace is built around tasting and talking, not rushing. Wheelchair accessibility is available across all neighborhoods, and infants and small children can come along in a stroller or pram.
