Lahaina Hotel Private Transfer to Maui Airport

Get to the airport without the stress of arranging transport

A private airport transfer picks you up at your Lahaina hotel lobby and drops you directly at Maui Airport or cruise port entrance, with luggage handled and a driver who meets you in the lobby. The ride includes cold water, soda, snacks, WiFi and a phone charger. The duration runs 40 minutes or less depending on your hotel location and traffic.

The experience

Booking takes seconds on review sites. A driver greets you in your hotel lobby at the time you choose, helps load your bags, and drives you straight to the airport or port entrance: no detours, no stops. The vehicle is clean and air-conditioned, stocked with cold water, soda, snacks, WiFi and a phone charger so you can stay connected or just decompress before your flight.

Luggage handling is included: the driver takes care of loading and unloading so you don't have to wrestle bags at curbside. The route from Lahaina hotels to Maui Airport takes up to 40 minutes depending on where you're staying and traffic, so you can plan the rest of your morning around that window. Local drivers treat the service like 'ohana, family, which means a friendly, unhurried ride rather than a transaction.

Top questions

How early should I book my pickup before my flight?

Book as soon as you know your flight time. The service confirms your pickup window when you reserve. Since the drive takes up to 40 minutes from Lahaina hotels, plan to be picked up at least two hours before a domestic flight or three hours before international departure, depending on your airline's check-in requirements.

What if my hotel is outside Lahaina or I'm staying in a different part of Maui?

The service operates from Lahaina hotels. If you're staying elsewhere on Maui, contact the operator to confirm your pickup location and whether the service can reach you, as the drive time and availability may differ.

Can the driver help with luggage if I have a lot of bags?

Yes, luggage handling is included: the driver loads and unloads your bags at both the hotel and the airport or cruise port entrance, so you don't have to manage them yourself at the curb.

Is this service wheelchair accessible?

The vehicles are wheelchair accessible, all surfaces are accessible, and the service is suitable for all physical fitness levels. Service animals are welcome, and infants can ride in a pram or stroller or on an adult's lap.

What's included in the ride besides transport?

Cold water, soda, snacks, WiFi and a phone charger are all onboard. Parking fees and airport departure tax are also covered in the price.
