Desert Diamond Distillery (D3), Arizona's oldest craft distillery since 2008, sits at Kingman Airport and earned a near-perfect score of 99 for their 11-year barrel reserve rum at the 2023 IWSC awards in London. Everything is fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled on-site. You'll tour the production room and barrel room (20 to 30 minutes), then sample their Gold Miner rum collection (white, dark, and agave rum) plus whiskey options at a vintage bar rescued from the old Las Vegas strip. Black Bridge Brewery, established in 2013 on Beale Street, offers over 20 craft brews on tap including Evil Red IPA, Locomotive Stout, and Scorched Earth, a ghost pepper-infused specialty.
