The experience

The trip starts with your preferences. You work with the reservations team to build the day, whether that means launching kayaks into the marsh, paddleboarding near the shore, tubing behind the boat, or a mix of all three. The boat carries your group to whatever destinations fit your interests: Daufuskie Island for its history, Savannah waters, the private island, or a cruise that keeps dolphins in view. Equipment for each activity is provided, so you show up and the guide handles the setup.

A USCG-licensed Captain-guide leads the day and provides interpretation about the Lowcountry as you move between spots. Bottled water is included. The seven-hour window gives you time to move between activities without rushing, though the exact rhythm depends on what you choose and how long you want to spend at each stop. Infants and small children can come along in a pram or stroller, and service animals are welcome.
