Jacksonville Airport to Downtown: 30-minute transfer

Your driver's cell number and a photo of the vehicle arrive before you land.

This is a 30-minute airport transfer from Jacksonville to Downtown with pickup included. You'll book your preferred departure time, and the driver will send you their contact number and a photo of the vehicle to expect. If you're traveling during rush hour, allow an extra 15 minutes.

The experience

You book the time that works for your arrival, and the company handles the rest. The driver has been background checked and knows the fastest route to get you to Downtown. You'll receive the driver's cell number and a picture of the vehicle before you leave the airport, so there's no guessing at the curb. If you're landing during rush hour, add 15 minutes to the standard 30-minute trip.

Changes to your pickup time are allowed on the same day if you call at least 3 hours before departure, or anytime if you give 24 hours notice. Service animals are welcome. If you're traveling with an infant, specialized car seats are available. Just request one when you book. Public transportation options are also nearby if your plans shift.
