The experience
You and a friend start on calm, flat water: the ideal setup for learning to balance and control an e-foil without fighting waves. A live instructor guides you through the fundamentals via two-way radio helmet, so you hear real-time coaching as you're riding. The e-foil itself does the heavy lifting. Your job is to find your stance, shift your weight and trust the board as it lifts you above the surface. Gear includes the foil, board and optional wetsuit rental on site for twenty dollars per person.
The lesson spans two hours, structured so you build confidence gradually rather than rush through technique. Your instructor captures photos and video throughout at no extra cost. Something most operators charge separately for. The experience is beginner-friendly by design. You're not expected to arrive with any prior skill. Kids nine and up can take lessons alongside adults, and the water and facilities are wheelchair accessible.
