The Molly Brown House, home of the "Unsinkable Molly Brown" who survived the Titanic, sits on the route as a museum now filled with spirits. You'll also pass the Navarre House, a Victorian building with a history of underground tunnels connecting to Union Station, and the Colorado State Capitol, where unsolved crimes and murders linger in its history.

Cheeseman Park carries one of Denver's darkest stories: it was once a cemetery for the poor and unwanted, and an estimated 2,000 bodies remain buried there. The spirits of these forgotten and desecrated remains continue to make their presence known throughout the park and the surrounding neighborhood. You'll also see a 1931 fireproof apartment building where a girl's spirit is said to open the elevator door for people carrying laundry, the Patterson Inn boutique hotel from 1891 in the Cap Hill area, and Pennsylvania Avenue, known as one of Denver's most haunted streets for its architecture and history.

The final stop is the Peabody mansion, featured on Ghost Adventures and known to have 12 unrested spirits. Two dead bodies were discovered on the property in recent years, one an unsolved crime. The mansion is now permanently closed with chained gates. During winter months, if you plan to step out of the vehicle for photos, solid shoes or snow boots are recommended for icy sidewalks.
