Zipline Obstacle Course Daytona Beach: 40 obstacles, 10 zip lines
Swinging bridges and 500-foot zip lines strung between the trees
A zipline obstacle course in Daytona Beach's Tuscawilla Park where you climb, swing and zip from tree to tree across two aerial courses. Course 1 sits 15 to 30 feet high with 10 obstacles and 4 zip lines; Course 2 reaches 20 to 45 feet with about 30 obstacles and 6 zip lines, including three that run roughly 500 feet each. Harness and gloves are provided, and a live guide teaches safety before you start.
The Experience
You start at the harness house where staff fit you into your equipment, then move to the demo area for a safety briefing before heading up into Course 1. The first course runs 15 to 30 feet above the ground and strings together 10 obstacles—swinging bridges, hanging logs, tight wires—plus 4 zip lines, with the longest stretching about 300 feet. Once you finish, you come back down for a short break and grab water or chips if you want them.
Course 2 is where the challenge deepens. Starting 20 feet up and climbing to 45 feet, it packs about 30 obstacles and 6 zip lines into the trees. Three of those zip lines each run roughly 500 feet, so you're moving fast and far between platforms. Staff stay on the ground the whole time, watching your progress and answering questions as you work through the course. The whole experience takes about 2.5 hours from start to finish.
You need to be at least 54 inches tall and wear sneakers. The activity suits families, couples and groups of friends who want something more physical than a walk—climbing and zipping demand real effort and focus, but the guide's instruction and the ground crew's presence keep the risk managed.
What’s included
- Harness and gloves.
- safety instruction and demo from a live guide.
- access to both Course 1 and Course 2 with all obstacles and zip lines.
Operated by Daytona Beach Zipline Adventure
Is this one for you?You do the climbing and zipping yourself on a shared course with other participants, guided through safety but moving at your own pace once you're up in the trees. This suits anyone who wants a real physical challenge and doesn't mind heights—the ground crew is there to help, but the work and the nerve are yours.
