The experience
Branson's newest aquarium flips the typical tank-viewing setup. Instead of moving between separate rooms, you walk a continuous boardwalk that passes through ten distinct zones, each built around a different habitat or species. The entrance announces what's inside: a towering octopus sculpture modeled after Aquarius, a Giant Pacific Octopus that lives in the aquarium and anchors the whole experience. The boardwalk layout means you're not backtracking or hunting for the next exhibit: the path guides you through.
The admission you pick determines when you visit. Early Bird Standard Admission gets you in before the midday crowds; Mid-Day Premium or Standard lets you set your own pace during the busiest hours; Twilight options shift the visit to late afternoon or early evening; After Dark Standard and Deluxe admissions open the aquarium when most visitors have left. Each option is priced separately, so you're paying for the time slot that fits your day. The whole visit runs about two hours, though you move through at whatever speed suits you: lingering at a zone or moving straight through.
All surfaces and areas are wheelchair accessible, and strollers work throughout. Infants and small children can ride in a pram without issue. The facility is built for all fitness levels, so there's no climbing, no long walks between zones, and no surprises about what your body will need to handle.
