You can pick from different massage styles—Lomilomi, Swedish, Sports, even Pregnancy or Reflexology—so it’s easy to tailor everything to how you’re feeling that day.
The session itself? It starts with a full body massage that melts away tension (I went for medium pressure). Then come the hot stones—smooth and warm, they glide over your muscles and honestly feel like a mini-vacation for your back. There’s a gentle face scrub after that; it’s cooling and left my skin soft but not greasy. The foot scrub was my favorite part—I could hear faint Hawaiian music in the background while my feet got pampered. They finish up with hot towels and bring you water and grapes at the end (nice touch!).
