The experience

The rental shop line disappears the moment you book. You place your order before arriving in Mammoth Lakes, and the staff delivers your snowboard and boots to your hotel, condo or vacation home between 7:30am and 9pm. Whatever window works for your schedule. A technician handles the custom fitting right there in your room while you settle in, so your gear is dialed before you ever head to the mountain.

If something goes wrong on the slopes, slope-side assistance is a phone call away. A technician can meet you and get you back in the snow without the drive back to town. When your 5 days are up, you call and the concierge swings by to collect everything. The whole operation runs around your vacation, not the other way around. The service covers Mammoth Mountain and June Mountain directly.

Reconfirm your reservation at least 48 hours before your rental date to lock in your gear. Helmets are available separately for $10 per day if you want to add one to your order.

Delivery happens between 7:30am and 9pm on any day you choose, so yes. You can arrange it for your arrival day if you book early enough. Just pick the time slot when you place your order.

What happens if my rental equipment breaks on the mountain?

Slope-side assistance is available. Call and a technician will meet you to fix or swap out the gear so you can get back on the slopes without driving back to the rental office.

Do I need to return the snowboard to a shop, or does someone pick it up?

The concierge picks it up from your lodging when you're done. Just call to arrange the time, and they'll collect all your gear.
