The experience

One hour takes you through the grounds of a 180-acre estate overlooking the sea, where a live guide walks you through how the distillery sources its own sugarcane, processes it, and turns it into small-batch spirits. You'll learn the history of Estate Prosperity itself: the land's cultural past and how it became a working farm-to-bottle operation. The tour is built around the idea that you see where the crop grows and then taste what it becomes, all in one place.

The tasting happens in an air-conditioned room and includes a flight of three of the distillery's handcrafted spirits plus one premium cocktail. After the tour, you can browse the on-site boutique for locally made crafts and gifts. The whole visit is designed to work for any fitness level, and the grounds are wheelchair accessible.
