The experience

The day starts with pickup from your hotel in Punta del Este and a drive to Bodega Garzón. Once there, a specialized guide leads the group through the winery's modern facilities, walking you through the property's history, its terroir, and how the wines are made. You'll taste four wines selected to show the range of what the vineyard produces, each one chosen to represent a different expression of the winery's work.

After the tour, you move to the winery restaurant for a four-course lunch. Each dish is paired with a wine from Bodega Garzón's selection, so the meal is built around what the vineyard makes rather than the other way around. The pairing is designed to complement the food, and the kitchen and cellar work together on the combination. Once lunch is done, you have free time to walk through the boutique before the drive back to Punta del Este.
