The experience

You drive a dune buggy yourself across the red dunes of Lahbab for roughly an hour, with a professional driver guiding you through the terrain and stopping for sunset photos. You'll ride a camel in traditional dress for photos, try sandboarding or henna painting (your choice), and relax with dates and tea. The camp itself comes alive after dark: a stage hosts belly dance, Tanura dance, fire dance and three other performances, with full lighting and sound. Dinner is an international buffet with BBQ options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences, plus water, tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout.

The whole outing, from hotel pickup to drop-off, takes about 7 hours. You choose between a 2-seater buggy (just you and the guide) or a 4-seater (room for family or friends), and the private car means no waiting for other groups.
