Once you're at the site, there's a cafe, restrooms (separate for men and women), and a small mart if you want water or snacks before you go. They hand you goggles, a Ghutrah — that's the traditional Arabic head scarf — and bottled water, and a professional guide walks you through the safety briefing and what to expect. Then you sign the undertaking and head out into the open desert with the guide alongside you. The ride itself includes a photo stop on the high dunes, so you get that moment where you can see how far the sand actually stretches. It's not rushed; it's paced so you feel what you're doing.

After the ride, you cool off in their air-conditioned facility — this part matters more than it sounds when you've been in the sun. If you've booked the dinner package, they'll take you to the camp side for that. Otherwise, they drop you back at your hotel.
