The experience

You get behind the wheel of a powerful 1000cc dune buggy and drive it yourself across the open desert for 30 minutes. The buggy handles the high dunes with ease, and you control the pace and line through the sand. A professional guide leads the way in an air-conditioned 4WD vehicle, staying with your group throughout the ride to ensure safety and point out the landscape. All necessary safety gear (helmet, goggles, and gloves) is provided before you set out.

After the buggy portion, the day shifts to camel riding near the dunes, a traditional desert experience that contrasts with the adrenaline of the drive. Sandboarding is also included, so you can try sliding down the sand if you want another moment of movement in the landscape. Water is provided to keep you hydrated through the morning heat. The whole experience runs about four hours from start to finish.

Hotel pickup and drop-off are included, so you don't arrange your own transport to the desert. You can choose between a 2-seater buggy or a 4-person version depending on whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with a small group.
