The experience

Saffron spreads across a contemporary space with 20 theatrical cooking stations where chefs prepare regional Asian delicacies and international fare in front of you. The menu rotates through over 220 dishes, so the spread changes across the afternoon. You move through the buffet at your own pace, choosing what appeals from each station (dim sum, curries, grilled meats, seafood, noodles, desserts) without the constraint of a fixed course order.

The buffet sits inside Atlantis the Palm, one of Dubai's landmark resorts, and your ticket gives you access to the property for the day. Water parks and water activities are available if you want to spend time beyond the meal itself. Branded shops and souvenir stores are on-site. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and strollers are welcome for infants and small children.

At checkout, you pick one add-on: either unlimited monorail access for the day from any station across Dubai, or a hot air balloon ticket. Soft drinks or water come with the meal depending on the season. Any extra orders at the restaurant are paid directly to them. The buffet is not available on Easter, Valentine's Day, Iftar, Eid, Christmas, New Year, Diwali, and Chinese New Year. The team will contact you if your chosen date falls on one of those days.
