The Experience

The line at the gate is already moving when you arrive. Your driver has dropped you at Atlantis Aquaventure, and the park sprawls ahead—over 105 slides and attractions packed into one resort. You're holding your entry ticket, which means no queue at the entrance, no second-guessing what to do first. The world's tallest waterslide towers above the lazy river. The world's longest family water coaster winds through the park like a ribbon. You pick a direction and go.

Most people start with the group slides because they're impossible to miss. Zoomerango Tube throws you and your friends into a raft together, spinning through turns before the drop. The Hydra Racer is a head-to-head challenge—four lanes, four riders, one winner. If you want to go alone, the body slides offer vertical drops that steal your breath; the River Slide is 800 meters of rapids, waves, and bubbles that feel less like a slide and more like being inside a storm. There's also the free falls—Dubai's first gravity-defying ones—and if you've ever wanted to try surfing without an ocean, the park has a board and a wave waiting.
