Instructors speak English, Arabic, Russian or Chinese, so language isn't a barrier.

You'll need to present your original passport or valid Emirates ID on the day. It's required for the Coast Guard sailing permit. Diving equipment rental is available if you don't have your own (extra charge). One hard rule: you can't fly for 18 hours after diving, so plan your onward travel accordingly.
