The activity runs about 6 hours and suits all fitness levels, with a minimum age of 14.

The experience

The boat picks you up at your hotel and takes you to the first dive site in the Mediterranean. Before entering the water, a PADI or CMAS-certified instructor walks you through a safety briefing, fits you with a wetsuit, mask, fins, regulator and oxygen tank, and teaches hand signals and basic technique if you've never dived before. Beginners start shallow, around 5 to 7 meters down, while experienced divers can go deeper on the same trip.

After the first dive, you climb back on the boat for lunch: grilled chicken, pasta, salads and refreshments. There's time to rest, sunbathe or swim before the second dive pushes a bit deeper, typically to 10–15 meters for beginners. The boat then returns to shore and drops you back at your hotel. The whole outing takes about 6 hours from pickup to drop-off.

Professional underwater photos and videos are available for purchase if you want to keep a record. The guides speak English, French, German, Russian and one additional language, so communication is straightforward whether you're asking a safety question or just making conversation between dives.
