The Experience

The day starts with a 14 km whitewater rafting run down the river, hitting 10 rapid areas with a stop to swim along the way. You're in the raft the whole time—paddling, reading the current, working with your guide and the other paddlers to move through each section. After the river, a picnic lunch waits by the water's edge, included and ready when you climb out.

The afternoon shifts to the terrain itself. Quad biking takes you over mud, rocks, and past mountains through the country's rugged landscape, passing small villages as you ride. Then comes the zipline—a different angle on the same terrain you've just crossed on the ground. The combination means you're not watching the landscape from a vehicle; you're moving through it three different ways, each one demanding something different from you.

A professional guide leads the rafting portion and speaks English, French, German, or Arabic. All equipment—raft gear, quad bike, zipline harness—is provided. The full day runs nine hours. If you book the option that includes it, hotel pickup and drop-off are arranged; if not, you meet at the starting point. Lunch is part of every booking.
