The experience

The yacht departs Alanya Harbor and follows the Mediterranean coastline for four hours, passing Alanya Castle (the medieval fortress that rises above the city), and the Red Tower, an octagonal tower built in the Seljuk era. You'll cruise past the Alanya Shipyard, one of the oldest surviving examples of its kind, then move into the cave section: Pirates' Cave, where local legend places a hideout; Lovers' Cave, a sheltered inlet; and Phosphorescent Cave, where the water holds a distinctive shimmer. The route ends at Cleopatra Beach, famous for its golden sand and turquoise water, which you view from the deck rather than entering.

Snorkelling gear is available throughout the journey, and dinner comes with afternoon departures. Soft drinks are provided. The yacht is private, so the group is yours alone. A guide in English, Russian or Turkish narrates the stops and their history. Hotel pickup and drop-off happen in a separate air-conditioned vehicle, so you don't drive yourself to the harbor.
