The Experience

The boat leaves Viaport Marina each evening and spends three hours cruising the Bosphorus, passing between the European and Asian shores. You sit at a private VIP table where the kitchen sends out a full dinner: Turkish appetizer plate with ten types of starters, hot dishes of the day, then your choice of mixed grill, grilled fish or a vegetarian main course, followed by seasonal salad, fruit and dessert. The silhouettes of Maiden's Tower and Galata Tower appear on both sides of the water as you eat, along with the Ortaköy Mosque and the Bosphorus Bridges lit against the night sky.

The entertainment runs throughout the evening: live traditional Turkish music, whirling dervishes, Turkish folk dances (Zeybek and Halay), an oriental show, Latin-Flamenco performances, a rhythm show and DJ sets. The program is designed to fill the three hours without overwhelming the meal, so you can eat and watch at your own pace. Unlimited soft drinks come with some menu options; unlimited local alcoholic drinks come with others, depending on which package you book at checkout.

Hotel pickup is optional and available from multiple neighborhoods: Sultanahmet, Taksim, Sirkeci, Sütlüce and Kağıthane on one route; Kabataş, Eminönü, Şişli, Aksaray and Karaköy on another; and Levent and Beyoğlu on a third.
