The experience
You arrive at the jungle camp 30 to 45 minutes before the activity starts, giving time for a safety briefing with the guide. The two main zones split the challenge: Zip Zone A combines ziplines with tree ladder climbs and an abseiling descent from a high viewpoint, while Zip Zone B features the longest line. Over 250 meters across open canopy, suspended 50 meters up. Between the lines you move through the treetops on foot, taking in views of Krabi's limestone cliffs and beaches below.
The whole outing runs about four hours from hotel to hotel. Transport picks you up from your accommodation in Ao Nang, Ao Nammao or Krabi Town and brings you back afterward. If you're staying in Klong Muang or Tubkaek, an extra charge of 500 THB per car applies. Safety equipment, insurance and a first aid kit come with the booking, along with fruit and bottled water during the session. The guide leads in English and stays with the group throughout.
Weather and tide can shift the exact timing on the day, so the operator may adjust the schedule. Participants must be between 5 and 70 years old, in good health and under 120 kg. The activity is not recommended for anyone with spinal injuries, poor cardiovascular health or pregnancy. Those with back, neck, joint or muscular issues should weigh the physical demands carefully before booking.
