If delays run longer, contact the operator as soon as you can so the team can coordinate with the driver.

The vehicle is private to your group only: no shared shuttle, no other passengers. Depending on how many people are traveling and how much luggage you have, you'll get a sedan for up to three passengers, an SUV for up to four, or a van or minibus for larger groups. The price is per vehicle, not per person, so a family books one car and travels together. Bottled water is included; the air conditioning runs the whole way; and the driver is a local professional who knows the route.

Travel to Rayong or the Koh Samet mainland pier area takes around 3 hours, though traffic, weather, and your exact destination can shift that time. You can be dropped at Rayong city, your Rayong hotel, or Ban Phe Pier on the mainland where ferries to Koh Samet depart. Ferry tickets and any hotel transfers once you reach Koh Samet island are separate bookings.

What happens if my flight is delayed and I arrive after 90 minutes?

Ninety minutes of waiting time from your actual flight landing is included. If you're delayed beyond that, contact the operator as soon as possible so the driver can be updated and coordinate your pickup.

Does the transfer go all the way to my hotel on Koh Samet island?

The transfer takes you to the mainland pier area for Koh Samet, not to hotels on the island itself. You'll arrange your own ferry ticket and any onward transport once you reach the pier.

Can I add a baby seat to the vehicle?

Baby seats are available on request for 500 baht per seat, payable when you book or arrange with the operator in advance.

What if I have more people than the vehicle I booked can hold?
