The experience

You choose between three options at checkout: roundtrip (both directions), departure only (Pattaya to Bangkok), or arrival only (Bangkok to Pattaya). For arrivals, your flight is monitored and your driver or airport representative meets you at the confirmed arrival point holding a name sign with your name. For departures, your driver collects you from your hotel lobby or a selected address at the time you confirm, helps with luggage, and takes you directly to the airport. The vehicle (sedan, minivan or minibus) is assigned once the operator knows your group size and luggage volume, so a family of five travels with all their bags in one booking instead of splitting across multiple taxis.

The drive between Bangkok and Pattaya takes roughly two hours depending on traffic. You travel in a private air-conditioned vehicle with no shared stops or other passengers. Bottled water is included. If you're arriving on an international flight, allow extra time for check-in when you book your departure pickup. The operator recommends planning carefully based on your flight time, especially during peak traffic hours. Last-minute bookings are accepted up to four hours before departure, though you must provide your flight number and correct airport (BKK or DMK) at least 24 hours ahead to secure the service, without that information, no refund is issued if the booking cannot be confirmed.

The service is wheelchair accessible and suits all fitness levels. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Baby seats are available on request at checkout. English-speaking drivers are included, and VIP Fast Track airport service may be added separately if available at the time of booking.
