The Experience

The transfer picks you up from your hotel in Patong, Kata, Karon, Rawai or Chalong about 30 to 50 minutes before your start time, and when you arrive at the camp deep in Phuket's rainforest, the crew gets straight to registration and safety briefing. They fit you with technical gear — harness, helmet, the works — and walk you through how everything works before you step onto the first platform. The platforms are all custom-built into the ancient trees, so each one feels different as you move through them. You're looking at 18 platforms total: eight ziplines, including two long ones at 100 and 200 meters, plus an abseil, a flying skateboard, spiral staircases, sky bridges and a net bridge. The views open up as you move higher — 360-degree jungle, the Andaman Sea in the distance, the canopy all around you.

After the zipline section, you switch to a Polaris Phoenix 200cc quad bike for the ATV part of the day. An experienced guide leads you along the track, and you ride out to Phuket's Big Buddha statue, where you stop to learn about its history and take in the panoramic views from up there. The whole thing — zipline, ATV, the transfer back to your hotel — runs as a half-day adventure, so you're not losing your whole day to it.
