The ticket counter moved to the 1st floor of the Office Tower as of July 2026, so that's where you'll redeem your QR code and start the ride up.

The observatory sits across three levels: the 88th and 89th floors are climate-controlled indoor viewing areas, and if the weather holds, the 91st-floor outdoor deck opens up too — that's where you feel the wind and the city actually surrounds you instead of sitting behind glass. The 101st floor is not included in this ticket, so don't plan on it. Bring a phone or camera because the light changes fast up there, and the city looks different depending on the time of day. Wheelchair users can access all the viewing areas; strollers work fine too, though it gets crowded in the afternoons.

Your QR code arrives in your email within 48 hours of booking, and you'll need to show it at the ticket counter on the 1st floor. The ticket is locked to your reservation date and time — you can't change the participant count or the date once it's issued, and it expires if you don't use it on the day you booked. Children under 115 cm tall get in free but have to stay with an adult the whole time. Security screening happens at the entrance, so no food, pets, or anything that looks suspicious makes it past the checkpoint.
