Step-by-step itinerary
Boat tour with swimming and paddling
- Sail south to Cabo Roig coastline
- Sail north towards La Mata beaches
- Anchor for swim, snorkel, and paddle
- Enjoy snack and drink on board
The experience
The boat leaves Torrevieja and heads either south toward Cabo Roig (where the rugged coastline opens into sandy beaches and coves), or north along La Mata, following stretched beaches next to the village. The captain and crew decide the direction based on wind and conditions. You spend the sailing time relaxing on the trampoline net or beanbags, watching the coast change as you move along the water.
When the boat anchors in one of Torrevieja's sheltered spots, you get in the water to snorkel, swim or paddle one of the SUP boards. Snorkeling equipment is onboard and ready. There's a freshwater shower on the swim deck to rinse off after, and a changing room to dry out and put on fresh clothes. The boat's dining area has snacks and drinks available during the anchor stop.
A live guide speaks English, Spanish or German throughout the sail. The crew handles all the logistics (where to anchor, when to move, how to use the boards), so you focus on the water and the coastline. Service animals are welcome, and public transportation options are nearby if you need them to reach the departure point.

Top questions
What languages is the guide in?
Live guide in English, Spanish and German.
Can children come?
Yes. Ticket types: Child (under 6).
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.
What's the difference between the south and north route from Torrevieja?
The south route heads toward Cabo Roig, a bay with rugged cliffs that open into sandy beaches and coves with beach bars. The north route follows La Mata's coast, where long beaches sit next to the village with their own beach bars and a quieter natural setting. The captain picks the direction based on wind conditions on the day.
Can I snorkel if I've never done it before?
Yes. Snorkeling equipment is provided onboard and the crew is there to help. The boat anchors in sheltered spots chosen for safe swimming and snorkeling, and you can also just swim or paddleboard instead if you prefer.
What should I bring for a four-hour boat trip?
Bring a swimsuit, sunscreen and a towel. The boat has a freshwater shower and changing room onboard, so you can rinse off and change after the water. Snacks and drinks are available to buy in the boat's dining area during the anchor stop.
How long do you actually spend in the water versus sailing?
The boat sails out for roughly the first hour, then anchors in a sheltered cove for the remaining time, giving you several hours to snorkel, swim, paddleboard and rest before the return sail to Torrevieja.
