You anchor in a sheltered bay and jump straight into the water.

A two-hour catamaran tour from Torrevieja along the Costa Blanca coast, with time anchored in a calm spot for swimming, snorkeling and SUP boarding. The boat carries you out from the marina, finds a sheltered location, and gives you the choice of what to do there—water activities, refreshments on deck, or both. Children are welcome with adult supervision; you can bring your own drinks and snacks.

Step-by-step itinerary

Catamaran sailing and water activities

  • Board catamaran in Torrevieja marina
  • Sail along Torrevieja boulevard and La Mata beach
  • Anchor in a calm coastal spot
  • Swim, snorkel, or use paddle boards
  • Relax on trampoline nets or beanbags
  • Use fresh water shower and changing room

The Experience

The catamaran leaves Torrevieja marina and heads north toward La Mata or south to Punta Prima, depending on wind and conditions. You spend the first part of the sail on the trampoline nets or bean bags on deck, or seated in the dining area watching the coastline pass. The crew handles the boat while you settle in.

Once anchored in a sheltered spot, the water becomes the main event. You can swim off the boat, use one of the SUP boards to paddle out, or snorkel with the equipment provided. There's a fresh water shower outside to rinse off salt, and a changing room below deck. Bring your own towel if you plan to swim. The crew stays on board, and you move at your own pace—some people stay in the water most of the time, others split their time between the water and the deck.

You're welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks to have while anchored. There's no food service on board, but the freedom to bring what you want means you can tailor the experience to what you're in the mood for. Parking is available right next to the pontoon, and the tour runs in morning, afternoon or sunset slots.

Is this one for you?Choose the morning or afternoon slot if you want a full day in the water without the time pressure of a sunset schedule. The sunset cruise works better if you're already in Torrevieja and want to end the day on the water as light fades.
